  • • Products without original packaging
  • • Products after 14 days from delivery
  • • Samples and free gifts
  • • Discounted or clearance items

Return Process

We'll review your request and confirm return eligibility within 24 hours

Pickup

We'll arrange free pickup from your address within Kuwait

Inspection & Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for another, please contact us and we'll help you choose a suitable alternative. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

  • Product can be exchanged for another of equal or higher value (difference to be paid)
  • If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be refunded
  • Exchange is available once per order

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it immediately or provide a full refund at no charge.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet the stated conditions
